ARC offers a comprehensive alcohol rehab and drug treatment program that includes transitional services that are designed to help clients achieve and sustain alcohol and addiction recovery.

Some of the re-integration challenges clients typically experience during transition from a residential drug treatment center can be successfully faced with the clinical support offered by ARC in Phase 2 (Continuing Care) and Phase 3 (Extended Care). These programs are designed to meet the transitional and continuing clinical needs of clients who are beginning the journey into long-lasting recovery but that still need the safety and support represented by residential care, individual therapy and ongoing substance abuse counseling. Once these programs have been completed, ARC believes that sober living is an effective tool that represents the final stepping stone in a successful treatment experience.

What is a Sober Living Home?

Sober living homes are typically a great transitional resource for clients who have achieved all their residential treatment goals and are now ready to begin implementing a personal program of recovery. Sober living homes do not provide clinical treatment but do provide varying degrees of daily structure and continued support after treatment through mentoring and monitoring. Sober living homes can be co-ed, but are often designed to assist a specific gender only.

Sober Living Homes Offer:

  • A clean and sober environment
  • New positive peer influences
  • A healthy community lifestyle
  • A safe place to continue personal and spiritual growth
  • A place to learn self-supporting principles of recovery
  • Recommended 12-step involvement for all members of the community
