How Do I know which Level of Care at the Authentic Recovery Center is Right for Me?

The best thing to do is to call the center. Certified intake counselors will help you understand both the different levels of care offered by ARC and also will help you determine which level of care is best suited for you. You can reach an intake counselor by calling 877 415 4673.

The Authentic Recovery Center is a program that specializes in the treatment of addiction issues, substance abuse disorders and co-occurring conditions. Admission to each level of care is based on several factors. These include, but are not limited to; physical dependence, psychological issues, prior treatment experience(s) and the present circumstances surrounding the need to enroll in a dual-diagnosis drug and alcohol treatment program.

Here are some good tips for beginning the process of research for the right level of care with ARC:

  • Generally, if an individual is dependent on alcohol and/or drugs they will only meet eligibility criteria for acceptance into Phase I. Phase I is the only level of residential enrollment available to individuals who are: (1) seeking residential drug treatment services and are currently dependent on licit or illicit substances, or (2) have not been in residential treatment before.
  • If an individual is abusing alcohol and/or drugs they may meet eligibility criteria for acceptance into Phase II. It is important to realize that if you are considering this level of care that Phase II clients must complete a 5-7 day evaluation program in Phase I before being placed into Phase II.
  • Individuals seeking Phase III services cannot be presently dependent on, or abusing any, licit or illicit substances with any potential for abuse. They must have also completed a prior 30-day treatment program. It is important to realize that if you are considering this level of care that all Phase III clients must complete a 2-3 day evaluation program in Phase I before being placed into Phase III.

Call the Authentic Recovery Center to Speak with a Certified Counselor

Prior to enrollment, the Authentic Recovery Center can help you by conducting a telephonic assessment interview to help you ascertain which level of care will be the most effective and successful for you. Please note: If you are local to the Los Angeles area you may also call to schedule a tour and in-person evaluation interview.
