Rehab Admissions FAQ
How much does rehab cost?
The cost of treatment varies for each individual depending on the level of care they require. Some people are only able to enter our facility for a short 5-7 day medically managed detox
, while some are able to stay for up to 6-9 months in our continuing care program
. The cost of rehab varies on a case by case basis. If you would like to find out how much any of our individual programs will cost, we encourage you to contact us, or fill out our insurance verification form
to see if your insurance company will cover any of the cost!
Does insurance cover drug and alcohol treatment?
We are an out-of-network provider. However, we accept many PPO insurance plans in multiple levels of care. If you would like to find out if you have coverage available for drug and alcohol treatment use our free verification of benefits. If we can utilize your insurance to cover or offset the cost of services then you will be required to complete an Assignment of Benefits Form. If we cannot use your insurance to cover or offset the cost of services then we will provide you with a Superbill. This will allow you to receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
We do not accept Medicaid, Medicare or Medi-Cal as a form of payment for treatment. We are a private facility that is not contracted with any government or state agencies. If you would like to utilize these services please contact your provider directly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cashier’s checks, wire transfers, personal checks and all major credit cards. Please note that we do accept Discover and American Express. To make payment for treatment please contact the admissions department.
Are there any hidden fees in the cost of treatment?
We do not cover the cost of your medications. Other than that, there are no hidden fees in the cost of treatment. When researching treatment centers this is an important question to ask. Many facilities say that they offer certain services but then charge additional fees for things like; psychiatric evaluation, psychological assessment, one on one therapy, detoxification, etc. At the Authentic Recovery Center all of these services and others are included in your initial program fee.
What if a person leaves treatment early?
If a person leaves treatment early for any reason then they will have a term credit on account. We have an extremely high program completion rate but this does happen from time to time. In these circumstances the person will have a term credit on account that they can access for future treatment. Term credit is non-transferable. Additionally, all clinical readmission criterion have to be met before term credit can be accessed.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do not offer payment plans. If you would like referrals for low-cost treatment centers or would like assistance to determine what you can and can’t afford please contact us.
