Gillian has been at Authentic Recovery Center since 2019, starting as a primary therapist and moving into the clinical director role in August 2020. Gillian started working as a clinician in the recovery field in 2012 at locations including Los Angeles Conservation Corps, UCLA’s Resnick Neuropsychiatric Institute, and in private practice. When she is not at work, Gillian enjoys being at home with her cats, making pasta from scratch and singing jazz standards.

Gillian Bieler, LCSW, CSAT
Tali Bar-Or, ACSW
Tali has been with Authentic Recovery Center since 2019, working as a detoxification case manager before becoming a primary therapist. She offers integrative treatment helping patients learn skills to cope with mental health symptoms and trauma and uses her knowledge of attachment theory, family systems and mindfulness practices to guide therapy. Tali has a Master of Social Work degree from University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a bachelor’s degree in child development and psychology from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. In addition to substance abuse treatment, she has experience with in-home counseling and providing mental health services for children and families. Tali plans on opening a private therapy practice in the future where she will utilize integrative approaches to guide her patients. When not at work, she enjoys reading, traveling, yoga and hiking.
Brad Jones, LCSW
Brad has been working as a primary therapist at Authentic Recovery Center since 2019, entering the behavioral health field in 2013 after getting sober in 2012. Brad started working in the field of substance abuse treatment in a long-term experiential treatment program. This program served those who were not able to achieve sobriety with more traditional addiction treatment modalities. When Brad relocated to Los Angeles, he worked in the nonprofit sector serving the homeless and incarcerated populations in the county.
Justin Delgado, CADC II
Justin has been working at Authentic Recovery Center since 2020 as a case manager. He is accredited as an internationally certified alcohol and drug counselor (CADC ll). Justin has had his own struggles with addiction which inspired him to enter this line of work as it gives him the opportunity to help people similar to how he received help from others. When Justin is not at work, he loves spending time with his two cats and playing punk rock music.
Frank Dorward, CADC-CAS
Frank has been working with Authentic Recovery Center since 2012 in various roles. Currently, he is a case manager supporting ARC across all levels of care. Frank started as a behavioral technician, helping to create and open new programs and services within the company, transitioned to case manager and later held a position as the outpatient clinical coordinator. Frank entered this field shortly after his own journey in recovery started when he was 22 years old. Frank’s talents include motivating and instilling hope in those who are struggling with sobriety and helping them uncover their goals and passions. When Frank is not at work, he loves spending time in the mountains with a trail under his feet and miles to go before he sleeps. Frank is determined to support other young people in their sobriety and overall recovery.
